Jam is a wonderfully honest method for preserving Nature's Abundance.  Sugar is the preservative provided to us by Nature, so by combining fruit berries with 100% natural sugar we can capture the fantastic flavours, not to mention Nature's health-enhancing secrets, in a jar.
